MIAX Options, PEARL, and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FCEL)

FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FCEL) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, May 9, 2019.  On that date, the current FCEL option class will change to FCEL1. The MIAX Exchanges will not list FCEL1 options. Therefore, no options on FCEL will be available for trading on Thursday, May 9, 2019. FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FCEL) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Friday, May 10, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FCEL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 8, 2019.
