MIAX Options, PEARL, and Emerald Corporate Action Alert: Novavax, Inc. (NVAX)
Novavax, Inc. (NVAX) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, May 10, 2019. On that date, the current NVAX option class will change to NVAX1. The MIAX Exchanges will not list NVAX1 options. Therefore, no options on NVAX will be available for trading on Friday, May 10, 2019. Novavax, Inc. (NVAX) will resume trading on the MIAX Exchanges on Monday, May 13, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NVAX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 9, 2019.
