MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Switchback Energy Acquisition Corporation (SBE) Name and Symbol Change to ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. (CHPT)

Switchback Energy Acquisition Corporation (SBE) will have a name and symbol change to ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. (CHPT) effective on Monday, March 1, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SBE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 26, 2021. 

NOTE: CHPT options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 2 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
