GigCapital3, Inc. (GIK) will have a name and symbol change to Lightning eMotors, Inc. (ZEV), effective on Friday, May 7, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GIK will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 6, 2021.
NOTE: ZEV options will trade on Cloud 21 on the MIAX Options Exchange and Cloud 11 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
