Tuscan Holdings Corporation (THCB) will have a name and symbol change to Microvast Holdings, Inc. (MVST) effective on Monday, July 26, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in THCB will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 23, 2021.
NOTE: MVST options will trade on Cloud 12 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and on Cloud 6 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
