MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: General Electric Company (GE)
General Electric Company (GE) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, August 2, 2021. On that date, the current GE option class will change to GE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list GE1 options. Therefore, no options on GE will be available for trading on Monday, August 2, 2021.
General Electric Company (GE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 30, 2021.
