MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SolarWinds Corporation (SWI)

SolarWinds Corporation (SWI) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, August 2, 2021. On that date, the current SWI option class will change to SWI2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SWI2 options. Therefore, no options on SWI will be available for trading on Monday, August 2, 2021. 

SolarWinds Corporation (SWI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SWI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 30, 2021.
