We are currently seeking a Junior Analyst with a background in some combination of statistics, mathematics, economics, and the structure of listed securities markets to join our Business Strategy group.

Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Interact with Senior Management and Business Systems Development teams to design and produce reports monitoring the firm’s competitive position within the market

Attorney

The MIAX Exchange Group is currently looking for an attorney to join the Office of General Counsel in its Princeton, NJ office. The attorney will provide legal advice and support to senior management and all departments within the organization, including the technology department, regulatory department, and business operations department.

Compliance Analyst

Princeton , New Jersey

The MIAX Exchange Group (“MIAX”) is currently looking for a team oriented Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Division.  As a member of the Compliance Team, the analyst will be a part of a highly collaborative environment, working closely with team members to assist in administering the compliance program at MIAX, with a focus on the equity and options markets.  The primary responsibility of the Compliance Team is to administer a compliance program that monitors the exchange trading systems for compliance with SEC and exchange rules and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with Regulatory, Technology and Operations on systems changes and potential systems issues
  • Assist with Regulation SCI initiatives, including reporting of SCI events and systems changes
  • Support the incident management process with regards to MIAX ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements

Digital Designer

MIAX®, a global exchange group that builds and operates options, futures and stock exchanges, is looking to fill a full-time digital designer role in its Marketing Department. As a designer at MIAX, you will be responsible for digital design and execution of creative concepts for marketing, and website projects for MIAX and its subsidiaries (MGEX™ and BSX™). Lead Quality Assurance Analyst

Regulatory Counsel

We are currently looking for an attorney to join the regulatory team of the MIAX Exchange Group. The attorney will report directly to the CRO/CCO and provide guidance to the regulatory, membership and compliance teams. The attorney will interact and provide guidance to senior management, technology departments and business operations as needed. The attorney will also work closely with the Office of the General Counsel on various legal and regulatory projects.

Trading Operations Support & Quality Assurance Analyst

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Trade Support and Quality Assurance Analyst to join the MIAX Trading Operations Team. This person must demonstrate the ability to proactively participate in the end-to-end system testing process within a fast paced trading environment. Candidates are required to develop a deep understanding of Business System Requirement documents and translate these concepts into automated production test scenarios.

The Trading Operations team is responsible for all front line customer support. It is critical that the applicant has a meticulous attention to detail. Trading Operations is also responsible for all client interface and business functionality testing of the Trading systems.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Interacting directly with member Firm’s trading desks to provide all operational support.
  • Coordinate with external technical staff for firm configurations of trading sessions and networking connectivity.
  • Maintaining and completing all daily Exchange Operations.
  • Participating in the MIAX Quality Assurance program.
  • Developing, authoring and troubleshooting comprehensive test scenarios which are validated against the testing system.
