We are currently seeking an Equities Business Analyst to join the MIAX Pearl Equities Business Strategy team. This role is primarily focused on creating, documenting and implementing innovative business solutions for our equities trading platform from inception to launch and post-launch. Application Manager

Princeton , New Jersey

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with demonstrated experience managing and leading software development efforts in a securities trading system environment.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Manage software development efforts to the project plans and collaborate with the Project Management Office regarding project tracking and control.

Compliance Analyst

The MIAX Exchange Group (“MIAX”) is currently looking for a team oriented Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Division.  As a member of the Compliance Team, the analyst will be a part of a highly collaborative environment, working closely with team members to assist in administering the compliance program at MIAX, with a focus on the equity and options markets.  The primary responsibility of the Compliance Team is to administer a compliance program that monitors the exchange trading systems for compliance with SEC and exchange rules and regulations.

Regulatory Counsel

We are currently looking for an attorney to join the regulatory team of the MIAX Exchange Group. The attorney will report directly to the CRO/CCO and provide guidance to the regulatory, membership and compliance teams. The attorney will interact and provide guidance to senior management, technology departments and business operations as needed. Senior System Administrator – Production Systems Integration

Princeton , New Jersey

Primary focus for the position is on replacement and divestiture of end-of-support hardware and software solutions within the production environment. Secondary responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance and support of Linux production, QA, development, and infrastructure environments. Deploy, configure, harden, and manage systems across business unit platforms utilizing automation tools. Manage platform security, user provisioning, filesystem permissions, and privilege escalation for authorized personnel in all environments. Work with Security group to identify and remediate short and long-term security concerns, including (but not limited to) scheduled and emergency system patching and perform system-level audits and investigations. Main responsibilities include:
