Cybersquatting using MIAX Brand

MIAX has been made aware of a number of firms that are using domain names that claim association with MIAX and its various subsidiaries.

A number of these domains purport to offer retail investors with access to trading in various financial products through a mobile application. Please be advised that MIAX does not offer trading accounts or accept funds from individual investors under any circumstances.  

If you have been contacted by any firm or person claiming to be associated with MIAX with respect to these domains and/or trading services please be aware that the firms and/or individuals are not representatives of MIAX.

The domain names include the following addresses but may not be limited to these addresses:

Miaxforex.vip
Miax-forex.com

If you believe that you are the victim of fraud, please contact your local FBI office via the Internet Crime Complaint Center, for U.S. based investors. Non-U.S. based investors should contact their jurisdictional equivalent.
